Informational use
MileagePilot provides mileage calculators, rate guides, and templates for informational planning purposes. Results are estimates based on the selected country, year, and rule set.
The site is not a substitute for legal, tax, payroll, or accounting advice. Users remain responsible for confirming the final rules that apply to their circumstances.
User responsibility
You are responsible for checking the correct tax year, mileage category, vehicle type, and any employer or jurisdiction-specific rules before relying on a result.
Mileage logs, receipts, and supporting records may still be required even when a calculator estimate is accurate.
Availability and updates
MileagePilot may update rates, copy, templates, and product features over time. We aim to keep official-rate references current, but cannot guarantee uninterrupted availability or error-free operation.
We may modify or remove features, pages, or downloads at any time as the product evolves.
